A glimpse into life in Milan, my city, in all its chaotic splendor. Every corner is a contradiction: anger, hatred, chaos, hope, and altruism; all together, all mixed up, and then you start to no longer see the corners and there is nothing absolute anymore.
But among all these, anger and hope prevail, perhaps because they are the two that go best together, because they have the power to change things. And yet, do we really know what is happening? This is where photographers come in, as witnesses to what is happening. With our photos, we try to tell not truths, not lies, but facts.

We ourselves know that we will never have full control over our images, because they can be manipulated, misrepresented, taken out of context. Despite everything, it is our duty to continue shooting, because we can, because we are free to do so, and because the world needs to know what it is doing to itself.
